Getting your ebook
As soon as your payment goes through, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Every ebook you’ve bought also stays under Your account → Downloads. Files are supplied as [EPUB / PDF].
Refunds
Because ebooks are delivered instantly, you’re asked at checkout to agree that the download can start straight away, and to acknowledge that this means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun.
If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, get in touch with your order number and I’ll fix it or refund you.
