Ordering
When you place an order you’ll get an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when your ebook is made available to download. If we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT due. Payments are processed securely by [payment provider]; we never see or store your full card details.
Downloads
Ebooks are available to download immediately after payment. See our Downloads & Refunds page.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, for digital content you agree at checkout that the download may begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once it has begun. If a file is faulty you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Full details are on the Downloads & Refunds page. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Ebooks are licensed for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or upload the files elsewhere.
